HDPE geomembrane lining
Geomembrane is a very low permeability synthetic membrane lining or barrier used with any geotechnical related material to control the migration of fluids (or gases) in man-made projects, structures, or systems. The manufacture of geomembrane begins with the production of raw materials, including polymer resins and various additives such as antioxidants, plasticizers, fillers, carbon black and lubricants (as processing aids).
These raw materials (i.e. "formulations") are then processed into sheets of various widths and thicknesses by extrusion, Calendering and / or coating. Geomembrane dominates the sales of Geosynthetics. HDPE geomembrane lining is the first choice for lining engineering.
HDPE lining is resistant to many different solvents and is the most widely used geomembrane lining in the world. Its excellent chemical resistance and UV resistance make it a very cost-effective product.
