Locking steel-plastic geogrid
The lock-type steel-plastic geogrid is a geotechnical test composite material formed by high-strength steel wire and high-density high-pressure polyethylene encapsulated into a high-toughness miscellaneous belt. It is necessary to use different mesh diameters and stainless steel wire counts to change the tensile strength of the rib. The lock-type steel-plastic geogrid is made of steel-plastic pipe reinforcing rib strips through novel processing technology. Because the surface layer of this product is rolled into a standard rough texture, paving in the backfill soil layer bears a great burden. The ground stress resistance and the sliding friction between the backfill soil generally limit the cutting, side extrusion and protrusion of the subgrade soil, because the bending stiffness of the reinforced soil foundation cushion is very large, which is beneficial to the external basic load of the upper end. It spreads and transmits evenly, spreads over the underlying soft soil layer, and improves the bearing capacity of the subgrade. Because of the effect of the reinforced soil cushion, it increases the overall bending stiffness of the subgrade within the narrow layer range, which is beneficial for adjusting the subgrade.
