MINE TUNNEL REINFORCEMENT GEOGRID

The mining geogrid produced by MTTVS^® has raised mining innovation to a new level. This is an advanced high-strength polymer biaxial geogrid series, which is the best substitute for traditional steel/metal mesh, and is suitable for soft Underground mining of rock and hard rock. There are geogrids produced from two raw materials: polyester and polypropylene, each of which has unique characteristics and uses. One is ideal for the roof of mine tunnels, while the other is tailor-made for mine ribs/walls. MTTVS^® mining geogrid has excellent performance and safety advantages and can be customized. It can be produced according to specific roll length, width and mesh aperture/opening size to achieve the best effect of its structure.

● The elongation is low, the actual data is 4.1%.

● It weighs about 0.9-1.3 kg per square meter, which is only 1/3 of the weight of the metal protective net. The size can be freely cut to facilitate on-site management.

● Corrosion resistance, anti-aging, chemically and biologically inert.

● Both vertical and horizontal directions have strong bearing capacity. The ribs and ribs formed by two-way stretching are perpendicular to each other. This structure enables the pressure applied to the mesh surface to be effectively transmitted to the surrounding ribs through the nodes, which improves the overall pressure-bearing capacity of the mesh surface. When an external force is applied to a certain rib (or rib), the external force is evenly distributed to other ribs (or ribs), which reduces the concentrated bearing capacity of a single root, so it is not easy to cause the ribs to break. The mesh creep is small and the mesh size is uniform, which can effectively prevent the falling of the broken coal and protect the safe operation of workers and mine carts.
