HDPE Uniaxial Geogrids

MTTVS^® Uniaxial Geogrids(UG) are manufactured from select grades of high density polyethylene(HDPE) resins.and form an axtremely efficient reinforcing by performing as a network of distributed anchors within a soil matrix. That is a high-strength geotechnical material that adds a certain amount of anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging aids, and after unidirectional stretching, the originally scattered chain-shaped molecules are reoriented and arranged in a linear state. It has a high degree of orientation and resistance. The elongation (creep) when subjected to high tensile loads is a long time. They are widely used in various backfill materials including soil and recycled concrete. MTTVS^® single-axis geogrid has been widely used in more than 5 million square meters. The ultimate tensile strength can be customized according to customer needs from 50 kN to 300 kN.
