Staple fibers needle punched Nonwoven geotextile

MTTVS^® Staple fibers needle punched geotextile is made of polyester staple fiber with length of 54-64mm and fineness of 6-12 denier.According to the ISO9001 quality standard, the raw materials are made by loosening, carding, messy (short fibers winding each other), netting (standardized entanglement fixation), needling and other non-woven production equipment.

Nonwoven staple fiber geotextile can withstand harsh installation conditions and high construction load. Needle-punched nonwovens combine flexibility, high elongation and high puncture resistance. They provide excellent filtration ability to prevent fine powder from entering the drainage medium. Because the interface friction angle of short fiber geotextile is higher than that of nonwovens of the same weight produced by other processes, it is beneficial to form stable geotextiles on soft soil foundation.

Nonwoven staple needle-punched geotextiles provide a cost-effective alternative for separation, filtration and protection applications. Polypropylene nonwovens have strong resistance to acidic environment (pH < 3.5). Nonwoven geotextile has the characteristics of fast circulation speed and good drainage performance. They can adapt to the irregularity of the soil, are more resistant to the piercing damage of stones or other objects embedded in the ground, and are often used to buffer geomembrane. When only gravel fillers are used, the wear resistance of short fiber geotextiles is particularly good.
