(Multilayered polyethylene erosion control blanket)

Erosion Control 3D Geomat (three-dimensional geonet) is a multi-layered mesh made of polymer synthetic materials, with a loose and flexible texture, with voids over 90% to fill with soil and sand. A flat mesh is placed on the base with up to four lavers of UV stabilised polyethylene fibres fused together at their intersections. The root system of the plant can grow evenly through it, and the grown turf firmly combines the mat, turf, and soil surface, and builds a protection system with its own growth ability on the slope surface.

Erosion Control 3D Geomat prevents damage or pollution caused by soil washed from slopes, embankments and channels. Its three dimensional structure protects bare soil from raindrops, run off and wind erosion thus preventing the topsoil being washed away while vegetation is established.
