Steel-plastic geogrid with Convex node

Geogrid is a major geosynthetic material. The steel-plastic geogrid is made of high-strength steel wire and polyethylene (PE) and added with other additives through a novel process. The surface has a regular rough pattern. This single belt is woven or sandwiched by a certain distance longitudinally and transversely. The strength of the ultimate peeling force of the steel-plastic geogrid joints is different. There are three connection methods: welding, locking and Convex node.Geogrid with convex node is using fused cast bumps to connect the vertical and horizontal ribs to form a grid, which has high node strength. The shear strength of the welded grid node is greater than 1.5Mpa, the thickness of the node is greater than 5mm, and the limit peel force of the convex node grid node can reach 300~500N.
