Nail fixation method construction method:

The materials required for anchoring method are:

40mm × 40mm × A 0.3mm fixed iron sheet is required to be flat without looking at corners;

 

Inch steel nails (high-quality cement nails).

Anchoring method

 

First, fix one end with a fixed iron sheet and nails on the lower structure of the asphalt layer that has been sprayed, and the nails can be shot in with a hammer or gun.

 

Then tighten the grid longitudinally and fix it in sections, with each section length of 2-5m. For cement concrete reinforcement, it can be segmented according to the spacing between contraction joints, and the steel nails should be set at the joints. It is required that the grid should be tightened evenly in both vertical and horizontal directions in a straight and tense state.

 

Use a rubber wheel roller to compact.

 

The nail is fixed in position, and the overlap distance of the grid is: the longitudinal overlap distance is 10-20mm, and the transverse overlap distance is 10-15mm. The longitudinal overlap should be placed on top of the previous one according to the direction of asphalt paving.

 

When fixing, nails should not be nailed to the fiberglass, nor should they be directly struck with a hammer. If the nails are broken or the iron sheet is loose after fixation, they need to be re fixed.

 

To prevent the tires of construction vehicles from sticking the fiberglass grille and adhesive layer together, or causing the asphalt concrete paver wheels to slip, stone chips should be scattered on the surface of the adhesive layer oil, with an amount of 3 cubic meters per 1000 square meters to 5 cubic meters per 1000 square meters. Construction should not be carried out when the atmospheric temperature is below 10 ℃ or the road surface is damp.

 

7. After the installation of fiberglass geogrid, strict control shall be exercised over the entry and exit of vehicles transporting the mixture. It is prohibited for vehicles to turn sharply, brake sharply, and dump the mixture on the grid layer to prevent damage to the grid.
