PET Heat Treated Geotextile

What is Heat treated Geotextile

Heat treated Geotextile, full name - polyester filament perm Geotextile. It includes non-woven Geotextile base course, and a sintering layer is set on the non-woven Geotextile base course. This product not only achieves the purpose of non-woven Geotextile surface agglomeration, but also maintains the original performance of non-woven Geotextile. It is a new generation of cushion protective Geotextile specially designed and developed for the anti slip design of waste sanitary landfill slope in accordance with the current Technical Code for Sanitary Landfill of Domestic Waste CJJ17-2004. It can effectively prevent the damage of ultraviolet rays to chemical fibers and enhance the anti-aging property of Geotextile; The Geotextile is roughened by single (double) surface, which is combined with the rough surface of HDPE film in the project to increase the friction between the cloth and film, and has a good application effect.

Features of scalding Geotextile
1. This product is made of 100% polyester, with a melting point of over 260 ℃ and no significant shrinkage below 230 ℃. Choosing this product can avoid the potential thermal shrinkage of the fabric at high temperatures when paving the hot asphalt surface layer.
2. This product is non-woven Geotextile reinforced by continuous polyester filament through needle punching. Its tensile strength is ≥ 8KN/m and elongation is 40-60%, which fully meets the technical requirements for Geotextile in JTJ/T019-98 (Technical Specification for Application of Highway Geosynthetics).
3. This product has a moderate thickness, strong ability to impregnate asphalt, and combines with dry layer oil to form an ideal isolation layer, with good waterproof and insulation effects.
4. This product has the ability to resist ultraviolet radiation, cold freezing, chemical corrosion, and biological damage.
5. This product is developed for road surfaces and has a unique patent for single and double sided hot stamping. When laying, the rough side of the hot stamping is facing upwards, which can not only improve the bonding force between the surface layer and the interlayer, but also prevent being rolled up and damaged by the wheels during construction. At the same time, it can suppress the slipping phenomenon of vehicles and pavers on the cloth.
