Filament singed Geotextile is a new type of excellent geotextile for strengthening pavement and subgrade. This product is made of polyester viscose filament Geotextile singeing on one side. It has high tensile strength in both horizontal and vertical directions, high elastic modulus, and excellent resistance to high and low temperatures. After surface coating treatment, it has excellent alkali resistance and aging resistance, and is widely used for the reinforcement of asphalt pavement, cement concrete pavement, and roadbed. Both hard and flexible road surfaces are suitable, which can reduce cost, extend service life, and prevent road reflection cracks compared to traditional road surfaces.

2、 Singeing Geotextile product performance
1. This product is made of 100% polyester, with a melting point of over 260 ℃ and no significant shrinkage below 230 ℃. Choosing this product can avoid the potential thermal shrinkage of the fabric at high temperatures when paving the hot asphalt surface layer;
2. This product is non-woven Geotextile made of polyester continuous filament reinforced by needle punching. Its tensile strength is ≥ 8KN/m, and its elongation is 40-60%, which fully meets the technical requirements for Geotextile in JTJ/T019-98 (Technical Specification for Application of Highway Geosynthetics);
3. This product has a moderate thickness and strong ability to impregnate asphalt. It combines with dry layer oil to form an ideal isolation layer and has good waterproof and insulation effects;
4. This product has the ability to resist ultraviolet radiation, cold freezing, chemical corrosion, and biological damage;
5. This product is developed for road surfaces and has a unique patent for single and double sided singeing. When laying, the rough side of the singeing is facing upwards, which not only improves the bonding force between the surface layer and the interlayer, but also prevents being rolled up and damaged by the wheels during construction. At the same time, it can suppress the slipping phenomenon of vehicles and pavers on the cloth;

3、 Use of singeing Geotextile products
1. Isolation

Ensure that there is no loss or mixing between two types of materials, maintain the overall structure and function of the materials, and enhance the load-bearing capacity of the structure;

3. Drainage
