Based on the client's penetration test results and on-site investigation results, it is clear that there are large-scale cracks in the foundation alluvium at the bottom of the artificial lake. The site survey revealed that the clay layer on top of the foundation was highly fractured, preventing the ground from retaining moisture. Under the advice of MTTVS technicians, the customer chose a 1.0mm smooth geomembrane HDPE lining to prevent infiltration.
