Textured HDPE Liner Solutions For The Yama Railway Project in Mexico
|
Textured HDPE Liner Solutions for The Yama Railway project in Mexico Texture geomembrane is divided into one - sided texture and two - sided texture. The main function is to increase the friction coefficient between the geomembrane and the base surface, with anti-slip function. There are many texture geomembrane specifications and models, different specifications and models have different performance roles, suitable for different geotechnical engineering. At present, texture geomembrane is mainly used in landfill, mineral, petroleum, coal chemical and sewage treatment engineering seepage control system.
Textured geomembrane is a new type of impermeable geomembrane produced by extrusion air into nitrogen through film blowing process. The friction performance of impermeable film surface is improved. Compared with the smooth impermeable film of the same specification, the tensile strength is higher and the bearing deformation force is stronger. Through application on this steep or vertical base plane. |

Currently the largest segment of the geomembrane market is made up of polyethylene geomembranes. Among polyethylene geomembrane resins, high density polyethylene (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LLDPE) are the two most widely used types. HDPE is more widely used in between because of its enhanced uv resistance, chemical resistance, durability and cost performance.
At present, there are three main types of textured geomembranes in widespread use. The two most commonly used methods in North America are co-extrusion (blowing film) and construction (calendering extrusion). Impingement is another method used in the US in the 1990s, but is now mainly used in Europe. These processes for producing textured geomembranes have been used for many years and have shown generally acceptable performance in a variety of applications and slope conditions. All of these methods can be textured on one or both sides of the HDPE or LLDPE version.
Our Mexican partners are local state-owned enterprises. Our 1.0mm single textured geomembrane liner was provided with specialized technical support during the tender period. In this project, our company took samples from different suppliers in China and carried out strict inspection. Finally, huasu geomembrane technical parameters are the best, was selected.

Tren Maya Railway Project Tren Maya is a 1,525-kilometer rail project that will connect major cities and tourist areas on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. Also known as the Maya Train Project, it will significantly improve transportation and economic growth in the country. Fonatur has pledged to complete the first segment of the intercity rail project by 2023. The project is expected to create 4,500 direct and 7,500 indirect jobs. Background of the Tron Maya Railroad Project The Tren Maya project was initiated by the Mexican government as part of the National Development Plan 2019-2024. This is an important tourism and transportation infrastructure program dedicated to the southeastern region of Mexico. |
Details of the Troon Maya Railroad Project
The 1,525-kilometer railway line is divided into seven distinct sections and will pass through five major southeastern states: Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo. 29 stations in the state.
The Maya Train is a government priority for passenger and freight transport and is being developed in two phases.
The first phase of the project, involving segments one to four, will connect the station from Palenque to Cancun, while the second phase, involving the remaining three segments, will cover the station from Cancun to Esca Sega.
The first phase of the road is 892 kilometers long, and the second phase of the road is 662 kilometers long.

Total HDPE Textured Geomembrane Quantity :1900000 square meters
Supply is divided into different stages
Geomembrane Thickness: 1.0 mm
Each roll size: 6m×100m
At the beginning, our partners took samples, tested them and then visited the MTTVS geomembrane workshop. The huge factory of more than 30,000 square meters and international advanced 3 geomemes special assembly line equipment, as well as reliable quality control and professional engineer team left a perfect impression on MTTVS. We display ISO certificates, CE certificates, third party quality inspection reports, project references and material safety dates. After we signed the order and accepted the deposit, MTTVS was eager to meet the customer's needs. Under the premise of quality and quantity, MTTVS worked overtime and successfully delivered the goods according to the customer's requirements.
Textured geomembrane has a rough surface which can highly improve the friction coefficient which fits more suitable for steep slope and vertical engineering design work which maximize the effective volume of geomembrane, they are also processed with smooth edges to allow for high quality thermal fusion welding between adjacent sheets. MTTVS Brand high-density polyethylene textured geomembrane exhibits superior shear strength and the highest multi-axial performance which features superior high shear strength, big friction angles, outstanding elongation and highest interface surface friction coefficient. All textured geomembranes are made of imported raw material with advanced manufacturing equipment and professional production technology, they are packed in double woven geotextile and strength belt. MTTVS textured HDPE geomembranes are widely applied for such projects which need increased friction between two layers and high steeper slopes as landfills, mining, retaining backfills and waste containment.
